Welcome to MirrorAI ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Yaron Levy, based in Israel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MirrorAI platform and services available at mirroraiscore.com (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MirrorAI is an AI Reputation Intelligence platform. The Service scans leading AI tools (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity) to discover what they say about a person or business. Based on these scans, we generate professional PDF reputation reports with scores, analysis, and actionable recommendations.

The Service includes:

Free preliminary AI reputation scans
Paid full reputation reports in PDF format
Reputation fix recommendations and guidance

3. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting scan requests
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
Not submit scan requests for individuals or entities without a legitimate interest (e.g., you are the person, business owner, or authorized representative)
Not use automated tools or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage

4. Pricing and Payment

MirrorAI offers the following paid plans:

Full Report - $5: Complete AI reputation scan across all major AI tools, with scores and detailed PDF report
Report + Fix - $49: Full report plus personalized reputation fix plan, including optimized bios and content suggestions
Premium + Guidance - $99: Everything above, plus premium analysis and ongoing guidance for improving your AI reputation

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (PayPal and Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your payment details on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

Because our reports are digital products generated specifically for each request:

No refunds will be issued once a report has been successfully generated and delivered
If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund
To request a refund for a failed report, contact us at info@mirroraiscore.com within 14 days of purchase

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of the MirrorAI Service are the intellectual property of MirrorAI / Yaron Levy and are protected by applicable laws.

Reports generated for you are provided for your personal or business use. You may share your own report but may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the report format, methodology, or scoring system.

7. Accuracy and Disclaimer

MirrorAI scans third-party AI tools and reflects what those tools output at the time of scanning. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of information provided by AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity.

Reports represent a snapshot in time. AI tool outputs may change at any time without notice. MirrorAI is not responsible for the content generated by third-party AI systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
MirrorAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question
We are not liable for any business decisions made based on the information in our reports

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Israel.
